Order Management:Coordinating with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams to execute export orders, from costing and order placement to final shipment.

Production Planning:Developing production plans, ensuring timely delivery and meeting quality standards.

Sourcing & Purchasing:Selecting suppliers, sourcing materials (fabrics, trims, etc.), and purchasing accessories.

Communication:Maintaining clear and effective communication with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Quality Control:Ensuring quality standards are met throughout the production process, including fabric, color, printing, and packing.

Costing:Determining the cost of developed products and balancing various factors for competitive and profitable pricing.

Sample Management:Overseeing the creation and approval of samples, and coordinating their shipment to buyers.
