- Preventive Maintenance: Performs routine checks, lubrication, cleaning, and other tasks to prevent equipment failures.
- Troubleshooting and Repair: Identifies and resolves issues with utility systems and equipment, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical components.
- Equipment Operation: Operates and monitors utility equipment, ensuring it functions correctly and safely.
- Installation and Modification: Installs new equipment or modifies existing systems as needed.
- Record Keeping: Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Safety Compliance: Adheres to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Other Tasks: May perform other duties as assigned, such as assisting with projects, training other workers, or ordering supplies.
