- Customer service: Respond to customer inquiries, handle complaints, and maintain customer databases
- Sales support: Coordinate sales activities, set up appointments, and follow up on leads
- Sales reporting: Prepare and distribute sales reports and analysis
- Sales presentations: Maintain tools for presenting sales presentations
- Sales operations: Streamline processes by liaising with different departments
- Sales targets: Set targets and quotas for sales teams, and motivate sales staff to meet them
