Quality Control:Inspecting raw materials, in-process production, and finished FIBC and BOPP bags for defects, dimensional accuracy, and adherence to specifications.

Testing:Conducting various tests like tensile strength, UV testing, and other relevant quality checks.

Process Optimization:Identifying areas for improvement in the production process to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Quality Management Systems:Implementing and maintaining quality management systems like ISO 9001, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

Documentation:Preparing and reviewing quality reports, maintaining records, and documenting quality procedures.

"Ours is a US based sourcing management company managing sourcing projects from various countries including India , China , Vietnam , Thailand .
We manage the sourcing projects for our North American clients , starting from supplier selection , validation , production monitoring and scheduling , Quality control and all other related activities including logistics .
At present we are sourcing from some of the companies in Sylvassa . These suppliers are supplying packaging products like pouches , printed plastic rolls and laminates .
We are looking for a candidate for monitoring the supplies from these factories on a daily basis . This candidate needs to be in the middle ages ( around 35 to 45 years ) , as we do not want a fresher . He needs to be assertive and having decent communication capabilities in English ( read , write and speak ) .
