Job Title: Sheet Extrusion + Lamination Machine Operator
Minimum Experience: 2–5 years operating machines like:
• Sheet extrusion (PP, PET, HIPS, etc.)
• Calendar rolls or slot die
• Extrusion coating/lamination units (with film substrates)
Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor extrusion/lamination lines
• Adjust process parameters (temperature, speed, pressure)
• Change dies/rollers as needed
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot issues
• Maintain production and QC records
Skills:
• Hands-on with PLC/HMI panels
• Understanding of GSM, thickness, corona treatment, adhesion
• Knowledge of startup/shutdown procedures
• Safety and hygiene protocols
