An Injection Moulding Quality Assistant performs entry-level tasks to support the quality control team in a plastic injection
molding environment, conducting basic product checks, assisting with quality documentation, and ensuring adherence to
safety and 5S standards under supervision
Key Responsibilities

Product Inspection:Assist in conducting basic quality checks on molded plastic parts, including visual inspections and basic dimensional measurements.

Tooling Support:Help with the maintenance, cleaning, and disassembly of injection molds as directed by senior technicians.

Data & Documentation:Support the quality team by assisting with data entry, maintaining quality records, and preparing basic documentation.

Process Monitoring:Monitor process parameters under guidance and assist operators in troubleshooting minor issues with injection molding machines.
