An Injection Mould-Production job involves operating, setting up, and maintaining plastic injection molding machines to mass-produce components, focusing on monitoring operations, performing quality checks (visual inspection, trimming), troubleshooting issues, documenting production data (cycle times, scrap), and performing basic maintenance (cleaning)
Key Responsibilities:-
- Machine Operation: Set up, start, and run injection molding machines, feeding materials and monitoring the process.
- Quality Control: Visually inspect finished parts for defects, trim flash, and ensure products meet standards; report issues.
