Responsibilities:

Assembly and Installation:Fitters assemble and install mechanical components and systems, ensuring they are correctly aligned and fitted according to specifications.

Maintenance and Repair:They perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to prevent equipment failures and repair malfunctioning machinery.

Reading Technical Drawings:Fitters interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to guide their work.

Tool Proficiency:They are skilled in using a variety of hand and power tools for cutting, shaping, fitting, and assembling parts.
