Key Responsibilities:
- Product Design & Development: Conceptualize, design (using CAD), prototype, and test new products or enhancements.
- Process Optimization: Develop and refine manufacturing methods, tooling, jigs, and fixtures for efficiency and cost-saving.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, operations, quality, and suppliers to define requirements and launch products.
- Testing & Validation: Oversee trials, quality checks, and ensure products meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards.
