Responsible for managing a company's human resources.:-
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, managing the onboarding process for new hires, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Employee Relations: Addressing employee grievances, managing performance issues, and fostering a positive work environment.
- HR Operations: Managing employee data, handling payroll, and maintaining employee records.
- HRIS Management: Utilizing and managing HR systems for various functions like attendance, leave, and performance management.
- Employee Engagement: Developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee morale and satisfaction.
- Training and Development: Identifying training needs and facilitating development programs for employees.
- HR Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Reporting and Analytics: Generating HR reports and analyzing data to provide insights for decision-making.
- Compensation and Benefits: Assisting in designing and administering compensation and benefits programs.
- Policy Implementation: Developing and updating HR policies in line with industry best practices.
- Health and Safety: Implementing safety protocols and managing workplace safety
