Tool Room Manager oversees the design, fabrication, maintenance, and repair of tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures within a manufacturing facility. They lead toolroom staff, manage production schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities-
- Tool Development & Maintenance: Supervises the design and creation of new tools and manages preventive/predictive maintenance for existing tooling.
- Production Scheduling: Aligns tool room activity with overall production plans to meet deadlines.
