Educational Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a VMC Programmer.
Job Responsibilities
- Programming and operating VMC machines.
- Reading and understanding engineering drawings.
- Setting tools and preparing machine operations.
- Monitoring machining processes and ensuring product quality.
- Making necessary program corrections and machine adjustments.
- Maintaining production targets and quality standards.
- Coordinating with production and quality teams.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of VMC programming and machine setup.
- Ability to use measuring instruments.
- Understanding of CNC codes and tooling.
- Basic troubleshooting skills.
- Good technical and practical knowledge.
