Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Mould Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot injection moulds to ensure smooth production operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in mould maintenance and preventive maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection moulds.
- Repair, assemble, and disassemble moulds as required.
- Inspect mould components for wear and damage.
- Troubleshoot mould-related production issues.
- Ensure proper cleaning and lubrication of moulds.
- Maintain maintenance records and follow safety procedures.
- Coordinate with the production team to minimize downtime.
