Min. 1-3 years of .experience in any Plastic/Rubber/Petrochemical manufacturing company
Job Responsibilities:
• Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products for defects, deviations from specifications, and overall quality.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection results, reports, logs, and any non-conformities or corrective actions.
• Verify that production processes and products adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
• Ensure the proper functioning and calibration of measurement equipment and instruments used in quality control.
• Identify the root causes of product defects and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and improvements.
• Train and guide production staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Submit quality reports to supervisors and managers, summarizing findings and proposing improvements.
