JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Operator- Gangsaw machine

Department: Production

Purpose of Job: To operate the Sawing machine.

Principal Accountabilities:
1) Controlling the machine and process parameters.
2) To follow the work instruction of the machine operation and process parameters.
3) Checking block strengthen and ensure proper loading & cutting cycle, follow upon input material.
4) Ensure the proper and safe working of the machines 7 equipment’s
5) Providing the feedback of the production to the shift engineer / supervisor and maintain good operating practice.
6) To maintain production quality and quantity as decided by the seniors.
7) Controls the breakage of materials by safe handling.
8) Follow all the safety procedures while working as described by the senior.

Qualifications & Experience Required: ITI with minimum 4- 5 Years work Experience of Gang saw machine operating.

 Sawing Machine operation
