JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Operator – Resin & polish
| 15.07.26 | 140851 | HPS/2026/605 | Resin Line Operator (Marble) | Male | 3 | 2 to 3 | ITI | 8 Hrs |
Department: Production
Purpose of Job: To operate Resin & polish line and in-process & quality inspection .
Principal Accountabilities:
Resin line
1) To follow the work instruction of the machine operation and process parameters.
2) Controlling the machine operation and process parameters and maintain it.
3) Handle the loading / unloading of slabs on the machine.
4) Ensure the proper and safe working of the machines & equipment’s.
5) Providing the feedback of the production to the shift engineer/ supervisor and maintain quality of filling.
6) To maintain production quality and quantity as decided by the senior.
7) Control the breakage of materials by safe handling.
8) Follow all the safety procedures while working as described by the senior.
9) Filling on Back and top side according to quality of marble.
Polish line
1) To follow the work instruction of the machine operation and process parameters.
2) Controlling the machine operation and process parameters and maintain it.
3) Handle the loading / unloading of slabs on the machine.
4) Ensure the proper and safe working of the machines & equipment’s.
5) Providing the feedback of the production to the shift engineer/ supervisor and maintain quality of polishing.
6) To maintain production quality and quantity as decided by the senior.
7) Control the breakage of materials by safe handling.
8) Follow all the safety procedures while working as described by the senior.
9) Filling the slabs after Grinding according to marble quality.
10) Measure Gloss of the polish surface.
11) Fill the data of quality inspection and in process inspection.
Qualifications & Experience Required: ITI with minimum 2- 3 Years work Experience of machine operating.
Skills Required for the Job:
Resin & polish line operation, product in- process quality inspection.
Teamwork.
Ability to follow instructions and production schedules.
Communication skills.
