• Position: Furnace Operator & Spraying Operator

• Qualification: Diploma / DME (Diploma in Mechanical Engineering)
• Experience: 1–2 Years
• Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor furnace equipment while maintaining the required temperature settings.
• Ensure smooth production by following standard operating procedures.
• Perform routine inspections and maintain safety standards.
• Operate spraying equipment and ensure high-quality coating finishes.
• Coordinate with the production team to meet daily production targets.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of furnace temperature control.
• Experience in Paint Booth, Powder Coating, Glassline, or Chemical Line operations.
• Ability to maintain product quality and follow safety procedures.
• Basic understanding of industrial equipment maintenance will be an added advantage.
