Key Responsibilities
Independently manage complete shift operations, achieve production targets, / control rejection, supervise
manpower, coordinate with Maintenance, Quality & Planning, ensure safety and quality compliance,
prepare production MIS.
Supervise Round Wire Enamelling operations, optimize productivity, reduce drejection,
monitor quality, lead operators, coordinate with Maintenance & Quality teams, maintain production records.
Mandatory Technical Skills
Copper & Aluminium Enamellin Round & Strip Wire Enamelling, APCR, Straight Line Enamelling,
up Systems, Production Plannin Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Tea Leadership
