HPS-322 Mech Manager Maintenance

Job Description:

Maintenance
1. Ensure zero breakdowns and 100% preventive maintenance of machines.
2. Zero re occurrence of failures.
3. Coordination & follow up with key external vendors and maintenance consultants.
4. Coordination with Process for planning of electrical & mechanical jobs.
5. Execution of electrical & mechanical activities within budgeted expenses.
6. To educate & implement all safety norms related to man, machine & tools & also insure &
educate for TPM 5S & Kaizen.
7. Attends to breakdowns, diagnoses faults, and oversees equipment improvements and time
critical repairs.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

1. Minimum 8 years of experience in same manufacturing environment preferred.
2. Technical Knowledge about polymer processing machineries.
3. Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines.
4. Strong organizational and communication skills.
