Job Description:
The candidate should be a graduate or Post grauduates Engineer with 20 years of experience on all shop floor activities in an engineering Extrusion industry And Export unit. Knowledge of Export Import Documentation and Preparation for at least 10 years as Plant Head. He should have thorough knowledge and experience of overall plant activities including planning, manufacturing, Quality Control, despatch, HR, and General administration. He should be familiar with modern concepts relating to production, planning, quality, cost control, preventive maintenance, safety, inventory management, projects and automation. He should be responsible for production output, product quality, and on-time dispatch. Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results. Commit to plant safety procedures Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.He should be a hard taskmaster, strict and capable of leading by example and motivating employees to deliver results. He should be a disciplinarian, should have people skills, and analytical skills and should be willing to consider himself on duty 24 hours a day.
Implementation of continuous improvement programs w.r.t facility, system and documentation for performance enhancement and compliance to changing requirements through automation, elimination of non-value adding activities, machine utilization for optimizing of outputs etc.Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
