Job Description:

MANAGER - QC: ONE
Budget – 20-30 k Gender : Male Age : 30 to 45
JOB DESCRIPTION;
Responsible for ensuring that the quality management system (QMS) is fully implemented and followed
Develop test procedures with the help of R&D and upgrade all test facilities as per demanding requirement
of customers
Coordinate with external agencies for joint testing
Maintain all records in order
Communicate daily test reports to concerned
Maintain highest level of neatness and cleanliness in the lab
Maintain excellent time keeping and discipline
Coordinate with production department to ensure quality supplies with consistency
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Masters in Inorganic Chemistry or Polymer Chemistry
Min 10 years experience in quality control lab of any Chemical industry
Preference would be given to candidates having experience in Synthetic Resin Industry
Working knowledge of FTIR, MS, GPC IPC, Potentiometric Titration, Karl Fischer, Melting Point,
refractor meter, hardness meter(shor -A and shor -D), Calibration instruments and other analytical
techniques is preferred.
Performing analytical method validation.
Complete analysis of water sample,
Knowledge in ISO9001 and other quality systems is essential
Positive Attitude to establish new test procedures and upgrade existing procedures is very important
