Job Description:
- Managing production / project execution activities efficiently.
- Assigning work to subordinates (workers) and reporting daily output to Manager.
- Maintaining & improving quality of production.
- Tracking & continuous improvement in process time, suggesting ideas for improvement in processes.
- Efficiently managing the human resource (workers) & maintaining high morale among team members.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Additional Responsibilities: Drawing Preparation, Customer Visits for installation / After-Sales Support, Machinery Maintenance, Local Procurement etc.

Oil Coolers are fitted on Diesel Engines of Light and Medium vehicles, Cars, Marine Engines, Tractors etc. and Oil Cooler Kits are fitted on Diesel Engines of Heavy Duty Trucks, and are required by all major automobile companies around the world.
