Key Responsibilities
- Handling quality inspection of sheet metal components and assemblies
- Monitoring in-process and final quality checks
- Knowledge of fabrication drawings and measuring instruments
- Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions
- Managing customer quality requirements and documentation
- Coordination with production and maintenance teams
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and procedures
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Sheet Metal Quality Processes
- Experience in HVAC/Refrigeration or Fabrication Industry preferred
- Knowledge of welding inspection and fabrication standards
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with quality tools and documentation
