Job Description:
Job Role & Duties:
- Managing production / project execution activities efficiently.
- Assigning work to subordinates (workers) and reporting daily output to MD
- Maintaining & improving quality of production.
- Tracking & continuous improvement in process time, suggesting ideas for improvement in processes.
- Efficiently managing the human resource (workers) & maintaining high morale among team members.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Additional Responsibilities: Drawing Preparation, Customer Visits for installation / After-Sales Support, Machinery Maintenance, Local Procurement etc.
Required Candidate profile
Required Skillset:
- Minimum Work experience of 5 year in Fabrication (Preferably Sheet Metal Fabrication)
(Candidates with previous experience in Fabrication of Pressure Vessels / Heat Exchangers / Sheet Metal components / Piping with knowledge about Flanges and Fabrication of 3+ mm thickness components will be preferred)
- Passion for Manufacturing / Fabrication / Production
- Leadership Quality (Ability to lead a team of workers & fulfil daily targets of production output)
- Enthusiastic & energetic, Positive Attitude
