Desired Candidate Profile
Should have good knowledge of Safety and relevant code of practice.
Kknowledge and skills for the implementation of health & safety management system, HSE plan, procedures & HSE policy.
Good communication skills.
Knowledge about hazard & risk analysis ( RA, JSA,HIRA), accident & investigation, good knowledge about safety monitoring system such as site inspection, near miss reporting , Daily meeting, safety walk etc.
Able to correct unsafe act/ conditions though hierarchy approach.
Knowledge about type of fire, extinguisher methods, first aid & welfare facilities.
Good training skill, able to develop the safety training modules, matrix's organizing safety campaigns’ & monthly meetings at site.
Should have 3 -10 years of experience.
