DESIRED EDUCATION QUALIFICATION |
Masters in Social Work- Fresher’s or applicant with 1 to 2 years of experience in the field of Skill development and training, green energy, community development can also apply. |
LANGUAGE COMPETENCIES |
English, Hindi and Gujarati (Speaking, Reading and Writing) |
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES |

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION |
The selected candidate has to take ownership and to implement UJJWAL KAL project activities at Silvassa as per the project plan and project requirement. |
He/she has to lead a team of trainer and mobiliser at the field level for successful implementation and completion of project activities as per the project plan. |

He/she has to do a continuous and rigorous monitoring of staffs and field project activities and to support team. |

MONITORING |
This is one of the most important responsibility that needs to be done on a very serious note for successful outcome of the project and team functioning. Candidate has to maintain outstanding level of monitoring during his/her tenure. He/she has to keep his/her reporting manager updated about each and every field level developments and requirements. |
REPORTING AND DOCUMENTATION |
The selected candidate has to do excellent reporting which includes, weekly, monthly, quarterly and Annual field project activity update reports, Case studies and event reports. Timely submission is a must. |
Every small and big data should be uploaded on project data drive and hard copy which means proper dossier should be maintained. |

Candidate has to keep and maintain proper project budget expenditure at the field level and has to raise budget request as per the project activities. |
|
PROJECT EVENTS |
The candidate has to organise Certificate Distribution Ceremonies, Annual Get Together and has to provide proper support in Volunteer engagement at the field for project related or other activities as per the Annual Volunteering plan. |
LIAISON |
The candidate has to establish linkages with local government bodies, stakeholders and other important influencers for more value addition as and when required. |
QUALITY AND TRANSPRENCY AND TEAM WORK |
The candidate has to maintain high level of quality in all the aspects and stages of UJJWAL KAL Project which is must. He/she has to maintain proper transparency at his/her work. Team work is of utmost importance candidate has to follow and ensure this. |
SOLAR INTERVENTION |
Candidate should be knowing about green energy sector and government programs on Solar Interventions. Expert knowledge on solar energy interventions is not required but candidate should be willing to work for green energy as well as per the PM’s advice. |
