1 Recruitment..
Screening & short listing candidates through job portals
Co ordinate with HO for selection, offer letter, Induction
Co ordinate with plant HR team & Head Office for Salary Administration.
2 Update job descriptions regularly to help organization to get right candidates for right job.
3 Good interpersonal skill which will help to coordinate with all departments, staff, workers & to attend their grievances if any
4 Liasioning with Government & other local bodies such as Labour Commissioners office, Factory Inspectors office, PF Office, etc. for Renewal of all mandatory licenses, permissions such as Factory Licence, Registration of Contract, Pollution Consent, etc.
5 Industrial Dispute : Should be able to handle any kind of industrial dispute which includes warning letters, show cause notices, attending enquiries, co—ordinate with union leaders and their committee for negotiations, etc. to ensure discipline & peaceful atmosphere on shop floor.
6 General Administration : well verse with electronic attendance systems, Renewal of AMC’s, Coordinate with local Panchayats for local taxes.
