Job Role :-

• Guidance to Engine,Transmission and propitiatory  parts vendors for improving and standardization of the following processes and their controls for sustenance of Quality.

a) Casting (Aluminium Ferrous)

b) Forging (Hot, Warm Cold)

c) Machining (Turning, Milling, Grinding etc.)

d) Assembly

Job Responsibilities :-

• New model Engine,Transmission and propitiatory parts PFMEA
• Weak area identification at Engine,Transmission and Propitiatory Vendors and guide for solutions to improve their Systems process through Root Cause Analysis(RCA) like Why Why or 8D
• Knowledge of Processes to support Vendors in processes maintenance concept i.e. Milling, Grinding, Induction Hardening, Surface Hardening , Heat Treatment assembly operations etc. also provide support in Jig Fixture receiving Gauges etc.
• Ability to set up Capable Process (SPC) for desired critical parameters.
• Ability to set up processes with required automation, Auto Inspection, Pokey Yoke etc.
