JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Sample collection and testing for every lot of production
• Monitoring work progress to ensure that deadlines are met and that quality standards are upheld
• Conducting regular audits of production lines to ensure compliance with company standards
• Reviewing employee and machinery performance to determine whether they are meeting standards and making any improvements required
• Providing guidance and support to employees in their work teams to ensure that they are performing their jobs effectively
• Monitoring and reporting on employee productivity to ensure that goals are being met
• Submit daily detailed reports
• Maintain accurate and detailed reports of sample testing and collection, along with plant evaluation in accordance with the company standards
• Inventory management: Receiving trims and accessories, and generating inventory statements 
• Storage: Ensuring products are stored efficiently in the warehouse  
• Coordination: Working with the production manager to issue trims and accessories on time 
• Tracking: Following up on shipment materials  
• Verification: Regularly verifying inventory  
• Record keeping: Maintaining records of salvageable, unsalvageable, and other items
