We are urgently hiring an experienced Blow Moulding Supervisor (EBM) for handling extrusion blow moulding operations for products ranging from 100 ml to 10 litres. The candidate should have strong knowledge of machine operations, troubleshooting, production planning, and manpower handling.
A professional who oversees the production process and coordinates all activities to ensure enough resources on hand.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities in the EBM department.
- Operate and monitor extrusion blow moulding machines efficiently.
- Handle machine setting, process optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure production targets are achieved with minimum rejection.
- Maintain product quality standards for 100 ml to 10 litre containers.
- Manage shift manpower and allocate work effectively.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of EBM process and machine handling.
- Experience in troubleshooting production and machine issues.
- Ability to handle manpower and shift operations independently.
