22.11.24   HPS/2024/725 Asstt HR Manager Male 1 5 to 10 BA/MA/MBA HR

Responsible for managing a company's human resources.

The ideal candidate will hire, train, and manage employees while ensuring compliance with labor laws.

They will develop and implement programs to improve employee performance and handle employee grievances.

They are required to direct and oversee essential processes, such as the hiring processes involved in appointing new employees, training employees, and dismissing employees.

An assistant HR manager's responsibilities include supporting the HR manager, managing human resources programs, and providing advice and counsel to the organization. Some of their duties include: 
 
 
    • Assisting with HR programs
      Assisting with the management of programs like recruitment, classification, compensation, employee relations, and performance appraisals 
       
       
    • Providing advice
      Providing advice and counsel on employee and labor relations skills, and supporting compliance with employment laws and company policies 
       
       
  • Supporting the HR manager
    Supporting the HR manager with negotiations and litigation related to employee and labor relations 
     
     
  • Tracking trends
    Tracking industry trends and employment legislations to ensure the organization is compliant 
     
     
  • Managing HR functions
    Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties of each team member 
     
     
  • Developing job descriptions
    Ensuring that job descriptions are aligned to each role 
     
     
Other responsibilities of an assistant HR manager may include:
  • Reviewing resumes
  • Conducting and scheduling interviews
  • Following up with candidates
  • Compiling and processing employee documentation and records
  • Maintaining the departmental email account
  • Tracking employee attendance, PTO, and leaves
