Position: Senior Dispatch & Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise dispatch and logistics operations.
- Ensure timely delivery of finished goods and materials.
- Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, and customers.
- Monitor vehicle movement and shipment schedules.
- Maintain dispatch records, invoices, and logistics documentation.
- Optimize transportation costs and delivery efficiency.
- Handle inventory movement and stock coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics procedures.
- Lead and guide dispatch and logistics team members.
- Resolve transportation and delivery-related issues promptly.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of dispatch and logistics management.
- Experience in transportation planning and coordination.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines.
